I love my Fitbit it's easy to understand and use. Love the fact that it tracks your sleep and heart rate. The app is a added plus when using your Fitbit!

I like the fact that I can use it as a watch. I wish band wasn't as wide but I have smaller wrist. I bought large because I wanted to adjust as needed. Overall I am happy with my purchase and would purchase again

Great device to get you started

It can help you analyze your current lifestyle, help you set goals, and from that you can choose to make better decisions with your every day living. The heart rate monitor is not 100% accurate, but it does give you a pretty good idea of where your heart rate is at. I tested this while on a stationary bike, treadmill, and elliptical machine multiple times and found both readings to be within 3 to 4 points of each other. The exception comes when you are weight training. I believe that due to the muscle contraction, which messes with the sensors, you are almost always going to get an error on heart rate readout.
