    Fit Bit HR is an excellent aide for maintaining awareness of your exercise regimens.It would be helpful if clearer Instructions were made part of the package in addition to the referral to the internet. Instructions would benefit from a re-write. Also should consider many senior citizens are not as computer savvy as the younger population.

    I absolutely love my Fitbit Charge HR! It helps to motivate you to do more! Would recommend buying extra charge cord to keep at work. Love wearing at night to track my sleep as well as all day to track my steps.

    10,000 steps a day is my goal and my new FITBIT Charge helps me to ensure that I reach my goal daily. Not only am I am to track my steps, but I can also monitor my sleep patterns. Still waiting on my first challenge.

    I know some of the issues with these trackers like accuracy of steps, etc, but it's a good way to at least measure yourself and start the process of thinking healthier. The Fitbit has a good app, is consistent, has a decent battery life, and I like the additional touch with the text and call notifications.
