So easy to use! Challenges me to try s little harder.

Love the caller ID and "how did you sleep" function!!

This has been a good piece of technology, except for some bluetooth connectivity issues. Lost connection (sync) between watch and Phone/PC apps. I had to reinstall the software on the PC and watch to reestablish connection after a week of it working great. Hopefully this is not a reoccurring issue.

It keeps aware of what I am doing throughout the day.

Purchased the FitBit for my wife and I. We wanted something to keep us motivated with a routine and being active. The fitbit, its app and all the helpful information and tips are great. She likes to try to keep up with me in terms of steps so its become a loving competition. My wife thought the Charge would look to big on her wrist. But I talked her into getting it with me because of the heart rate. So we have matching ones. The Charge looks slick and functions pretty smooth. Shows all you need on the actual watch. Plus the app works wonderful. Happy I purchased these for us.

Best use is to have a rough idea of relative activity, since step count and heart rate is probably not really all that accurate. In a recent email on latest SW release, Fitbit claims it will automatically recognize bicycling - in fact it does, and in the "exercise summary" it correctly assigns zero steps. BUT in the daily summary, it assigns a very high step rate toward the daily total for the very same time period that it recognized bicycling, thus inflating the daily step total. Seems like this should be an easy fix when uploading data. User forums basically say to leave this fitbit at home when you bike, and thus the dashboard does not track that activity at all. So if you mostly walk or run, this is ok, but if cycling is a big part of your routine, Fitbit wants you to spend another $100 for fitbit surge.

The HR Charge is a great mobility tracker. Preset goals to achieve daily activity objectives. Because it tracks to your objectives, you can adjust your activity to meet them. HR monitor is great to track peak to resting HR. Sleep monitor, not sure of the accuracy, but does help to show your trends.

Really picked up my activity with Fitbit challenges.
