I love the tracker and the app, I purchased this particular model because I wanted the heart rate tracker. It is missing a few of the nice features of the newer Alta that my wife purchased at the same time (Text Message Relay, Chatter) even though those are available in the app. I hope they update this form-factor device to include those software features.

I bought my husband the Fitbit Charge HR as he has liked the tiny Zip Bit, but found that it was limited and also regularly worked its way off his belt and gone. He has really been intrigued with the variety of reports offered on the HR, especially the all new look at his sleep patterns. Clearly, he was having too much fun, so I got me one, too.

Not a bad product to have if you're looking to track basic activities through the day. Ive only run into 2 issues. The heart rate monitor cuts out sometimes during high level cardio. If you choose to track your food intake on the app there is a very small library of food items to choose from, which makes the barcode scanner useless for a lot of products.

I bought this item for my wife so she can better track her workouts. After owning it for a month we have no complaints.

I really like this fitbit with the heart monitor but I wish it wasn't so wide and large....especially for a woman. That's my only complaint.

Step count was very beneficial but the heart rate tracking during non-exercise seemed overstated compared to chest strap heart rate monitor.

Expensive when Ifind I use my IPhone more than the wrist band. Phone is always w me and stays charged.

Very excited to give this as a Christmas present to my wife. She had wanted one for a long time, and the Black Friday sale provided a good price for this product

Gave this device to my nephew for his college graduation. He seemed to really like the device and says it has encouraged him to be more active.

I love that it tracks my sleep. And is a lot better at tracking steps than iPhone.

I wanted to track my motion to help lose weight. I also wanted a reminder with out having to carry a phone all the time. It done just that!

My husband and I purchased these over the summer to use in conjunction with the app "DietBet." The FitBit Charge HR helps to monitor steps, heart rate, calories burned, stairs, etc. The app allows for calorie counting (which I give major credit to helping me lose 10+ pounds) and will tell you when you've gone over your budget, under, or are in the zone. Highly recommend this product!

Love keeping heart rate during cardio and competing with friends for steps is fun

FitBit is great for those who are competitive in nature. It has had a couple of glitches here and there but nothing that hasn't been fixed.

Has a lot of good features. Serves as a watch and keeps up with heart rate and keeps up with exercise

No clear instructions how to set time. Not included is a legend for icons.otherwise it's a cool tool and I love the data I can get from it.

I love the extra features of the Fitbit hr charge. It's simple to use and having "friends" helps keep me motivated.

Keeps track to keep me on track! The sleep monitor doesn't seem accurate but love tracking food and exercise. My resting HP has dropped 5 beats . Getting healthier.
