One of the best things about this FitBit is how easy it was to connect with my smart phone.

I like the alarm that goes off when you've reached 10,000 steps. Only thing I can't figure out is the sleep setting.

Very comfortable very stylish works great! I also thought it was a good price! Many options to add to this piece.

Checked with known distances and accurate. Also checked with cardio machine heart rate sensors and accurate. Can be hard to see in bright sun. I did have to reset it once since with in a week after purchase due to no longer sensing heart rate. However I have had it almost two months and no further issues.

Tried a few Garmins before giving up on them and tried this one. I would have given 5 stars if bezel was just a tad bigger. At my age 68 it kinda hard to see the small digits . But probably more my fault then watch. Was extremely easy to set up and the fitbit software is leagues ahead of the Garmin line.

It was a gift for my son to count his daily steps. It recognized an increased heart rate one night which required medical attention.

I got this fitbit for my fiancé because he wanted to join me in my obsession with my fitbit. We just love the Charge HR. I highly recommend this for someone who loves to or needs to keep track of their walking/running/workouts. Great for motivation. Also love their app that you can download and have some friendly competition with friends.

The fitbit is comfortable, sleek, and does what its supposed to do. It was easy to upload the fitbit to my computer.

The products system is very good and easy to use. However the watch itself doesn't last long. About half a month in the screen scratched. Then 3 months in a bubble showed up in the band over night. Then about a week later it grew to the point were it "unglued" from the watch. So now there is a pocket were dirt can get in. This occurred on the bottom part of the watch and now its occurring on the top part. I liked the watch, but its doesn't hold together for my very active lifestyle.

My son loves this Fitbit! Got it for his birthday and now he can't wait to get exercising more! He loves how it serves as a watch too.

Not sure Why I waited so long!!!! Love the FirBit HR!!!! Has me moving more than ever, love challenging family and friends!!! XOXO

This is a very good fitness tracker. The heart rate tracker is very useful. Just wished it would track my biking.

I enjoy using my Charge HR, and find the sleep tracker feature particularly useful. The device is easy to use, has a great companion mobile app, and gives you plenty of warning before its battery dies. Although not 100% accurate, (it often miss-counts my floors climbed & records my couch potato moments as sleep sometimes), i find it more accurate than my Nike+ tracker ever was and it "plays nicely" with most of my other fitness & health apps sharing my data. I am very disappointed that, despite caring for it as instructed (I.e. no water, excessive heat, or harsh chemicals), the casing has started to bubble after only 4 months of use. FitBit's customer service offered a replacement without any hassle because it was still within the warranty period, but I will be procuring extended protection coverage for my next Fitbit purchase.

I just don't love the HR as much as the charge. It is (understandably) more bulky and I don't love the watch band (although it stays better) but I wish I had just bought another charge. I would recommended it but if choosing between the two, I would buy another charge. I also understand that there may be issues with the HR monitor's accuracy, but I cannot speak to that myself.

I did almost all my Christmas shopping on-line this year with Best Buy. The process was easy and delivery was great with this item.

I like this device a lot. You can track your HR and sleeping habits. I like that it syncs with my phone or my laptop.

I love everything about the watch! It tracked everything and helps me set goals for myself. I'm planning on buying the scale from Fitbit that can link to the app as well. The only thing that's a little frustrating is that I find myself having to charge it every 3-4 days, but the hargr time isn't too bad.

I love this fitbit. I isn't 100% accurate, it keeps me accountable to drink more water and get in steps/stairs.
