    Great tool. It works with My Fitness Pal too. Be aware of where it sits on your wrist. That can effect the readings.

    I love this product. I have always had trouble sleeping and this helps me break it down to the dr on my eating exersuzing and sleeping. This is a multi tool for my daily Health and function it even has caller id so I do not have to dig In my purse but the screen scratches easily

    I use this specifically to keep myself accountable for steps every day to keep active. The heart monitor is pretty worthless. Step count works very well. They also just came out with a new version of this for about $20 more you get many more features including text messaging.

    I love the fitbit charge hr but the step counter is off if you do a lot of hard movements with the arm you wear it on.
