Hard to set up but when that is solved this is great!!

I am a heart patient and needed something so I could check my heart rate while I work out. This works like a charm. The charge lasts for 3-4 days at a time. I linked it with my smart phone so I can track my progress. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking to track there progress.

i dont like that when i am pushing a stoller or a shopping cart it does not count my steps'

Doesn't track very well when driving bc it add steps but other than that it's pretty great

Good product for beginners who want to track their daily activities and improve it day by day.

This is a replacement for a FitBit that broke. Thankfully we bought the Geek Squad protection for it. My daught's original FitBit stopped syncing up with her iPad and we went through all of the online help and phone service help. The replacement is working well so far.

At this point I have had 4 fit bits but not for any reason of the device not working properly. I love the Fitbit and all of its features. I eventually upgraded to the Fitbit with the full screen and the heart rate tracker.

LOVE the Charge HR! I upgraded from the Flex and couldn't be happier!!!!

I wear it every day and it held a charge nicely I would definetly buy more of their product.

Lacks some functionality on the windows phone OS, namely Mobile Run but otherwise great device

The heart rate tracker isn't perfect, and over rated. Still an amazing product.The app could use some work.

Overall I love it and I use it every day. I would like the screen to be a litter bit bigger.

This was my second purchase. Originally updated from the flex to get the HR monitor and more comfort with the wide band. Unfortunately, discovered it does not have the same water resistance tolerance of the flex. Lesson learned and will be more cautious this go around!

After exchanging the a FitBit Charge 3 times due to it not working, got this one and no issues

Comfortable & unobtrusive. Gives me the data I news in realtime. A great way to maintain healh thru exercise.

I bought the Fitbit Charge for my husband and he Loves it! The battery last a long time. He wears it 24/ 7. He loves that it monitors his sleep and heart rate on top of counting his steps. He is very satisfied with it. We would definitely recommend this product if your are into health and fitness!

Sometimes steps are not counted and I feel the heart rate may be off, but I still really like this product! It has given me a good idea of my steps and my sleep patterns! I also like the silent alarm feature, really nice to wake to a vibration rather than loud noise!

I purchased this for my father who walks 10 - 15 miles a day. He was so happy with it once I showed him how it tracks everything, He is currently at Yosemite and emailed me to tell me about all the info it had from his climb of half dome. The app and Fitbit are easy for him to understand and use.

Step count accuracy is outstanding, only thing is I don't think it tracks the steps accurately when running
