    Fitbit HR is a product that should be used to monitor steps only. It does not properly monitor heart rate or stairs climbed. If you are only interested in tracking steps, purchase the lower model.

    My daughter got this watch for my wife. My wife is naturally very active. When she was done 100 steps on the stair stepper it said 17. It said her heart rate was 120 while mine was 60. She didn't like it right away. But it did show over 20,000 steps a day and that seemed about right to me. She returned it anyway.
