I love my Fitbit Charge HR! It tracks everything health or fitness related that anyone could possibly want to track. It's very comfortable and syncs easily with the Fitbit app on my phone. Very motivating with respect to getting enough sleep, exercise, water intake, etc.

If you do workouts where your heart rate goes high or fluctuates up and down, then pass on this item. This does not keep an accurate heart rate for activities like HIIT, Crossfit, etc. However, if you do more steady state activities, then this works great and is the best fitness tracker available. The software/apps are fantastic. Unfortunately, this just wasn't well suited for my activities. I think the HR monitors with chest straps are still the only option for accuracy in high intensity workouts.

Bought this for my husband to replace his old Fitbit flex. The heart rate monitor is a nice feature. It crapped out within 7 months but I bought the replacement warranty at Best Buy and they replaced it with a brand new one without any hassle!

the HR monitor doesn't seem to be as accurate, but everything else is good.

My husband wears it everyday. He loves how the Fitbit app syncs with other apps on his iPhone.

I liked this FitBit, decided to buy the Surge instead for its added features.

My fitbit often does not read heart rate when I am lifting weights at the gym. I could live with this but even once I completed my lifting and begin my run, I find that it is still not reading my heart rate. I find that I am always trying to adjust it on my wrist to find a place where it will read my hr. I find that the only time it will read my runs correctly is when that is the first thing I do. I even find that during strenuous exercises and I fell my HR is up, the watch is only reading 90bpm. I find it too inconsistent and unreliable to meet my needs.

This was a replacement for a Fitbit Charge and I like it more than the Charge. There are only two differences between the Charge and the Charge HR. The Charge HR monitors your heart rate and the strap is more like a watch band rather than the "peg" style of the Charge.
