    Having this thing on my arm encourages me to do better- I eat healthier when I'm recording it into the app, and I WANT to meet my exercise/activity goals every day. It's definitely made me a lot more active. Very easy to set up and use with the app.

    Who knows how accurate it really is but it's gotten me to make a conscious effort to move around more. The only thing I wish was different, there should be a way to check the battery with out having to sync it to your device.
