    I am using it to help control my weight and find out where to make adjustments. I have actually found out how little exercise I was getting and how many calories I need to burn. I have already lost 5 pounds since I purchased the Fitbit last month.

    I've only had my Fitbit charge for a little over a month. At first it needed to be recharged every other day now every day. Seems rediculous that I'm unable to track my full fitness/ sleep/ heart rate burn for a solid 24 hours.

    My husband recently had bypass surgery and needed something to monitor his heart rate. It is fairly accurate according to the health professionals measurement side by side. It is also good to track his distance walking each day for therapy.

    The fitbit was purchased to specifically help me know how much I was walking. It doesnt seem to calculate stairs properly. It is hard to understand the time for sleep. Perhaps a little review on the instructions will help.

    I really enjoy my Fitbit HR. It helps me to remain active throughout the day and I really enjoy participating in the step challenges with friends. Its awesome. The only con is that the battery life does not last 5 days.

    I set my phone to silent ring. My Fitbit vibrates to let me know when I have an incoming call. I can glance at the fitbit and know who is calling. Great gift for teachers, business professionals, and so on. I enjoy pushing myself further each day.
