    Bought for my wife for Christmas. Took numerous times to sync to the app but finally did after a couple hours. Now it does not sync at all. Have heard thus same issue with many customers. Contacting customer service/tech support is no help as all they suggest is to uninstall/install app and start again. Of course we have already tried this numerous times. Would not recommend to buy until you are sure this issue is fixed.

    The HR is ideal and had the most features someone like me was looking for and love the silent alarms, HR monitor and call notifications that come up. I prefer the HR to all others and next one up is a watch which they prohibit in exhibition games

    This smart watch is very easy to use and you hardly notice your wearing it. For me the battery life last about 3 days and charges rather quickly. Easy to connect to my phone to track it. I don't like to wear jewelry at all but I hardly notice this.

    I really enjoyed my fitbit until the recent 102 firmware update. My battery life went from about 4 days to 2 if I'm lucky. I've done all the reset tips recommended on the forums and no joy. I really hope they fix this soon.

    My wife recently had a heart attack, her doctor wanted her to get something like the fit bit to be able to keep track of her pulse, sleep and activities. It is great and something her cardio doctor can review to see how she is doing 24 hours a day.
