    I just exchanged my Charge for the Charge HR no more than a month ago and the Charge HR has stopped working. I have the protection plan so rather than getting my 3rd Fitbit exchanged for another, I've decided to exchange it for an Apple watch. I started to experience issues with keeping it charged, it dies after about 3 days, and it's not worth wasting the money.
