    The Fitbit charge HR is very accurate in keeping track of steps. Helps me hold myself accountable for staying active and reaching my goals. However it doesn't count stairs accurately but I can count them myself to reach my daily goal.

    My wife wears this all the time...to keep track of her steps and betrer k ow when she needs to walk more to hopefully be healthier. It works great and she uses it all the time and even has competitions with her sisters and co workers.
