    So far my wife has lost 5lbs just by the enthusiasm of seeing her progress and getting feedback. Knowing if she is short of her goal gives her a sense of drive to get her steps in for the day. Nice feature on the sleep evaluation too!

    Great Product. Holds a charge for close to a week. Acts as my watch, heart rate monitor, step counter, and links wirelessly to the fitbit portal page. Definitely worth the money.

    This is agrarian product for the on the go person. I set activity goals on a weekly basis and the Fitbit HR helps me know where I am with the flick of my wrist. The catch has also been upgraded so it is not as likely to get lost.
