    wear the Fitbit on most days and use it to track my movements. I am not too sure on the accuracy of steps I take or stairs I climb but It helps me stay motivated in staying activity on a daily basis.

    The Charge HR is reliable and durable. However, I have never been able to get a charge to last 5 days as listed in the description. The quick wrist flip function does not work with any regularity.

    I never take it off.....except to shower! It is comfortable, stylish, and makes tracking my steps, exercise, heartrate and slerp so easy!! I love that it notifies me of calls and messages, and that you can set alarms on it!
