My wife loves it and it has been instrumental in her weight loss. It was very helpful for her to find a routine, and track her daily goals and accomplishments.

Mine was unable to charge. I read reviews online after my purchase and found that was a common issue. I didn't exchange mine. I think it's a decent tool, but there are still some issues.

I purchased this as a gift after having already purchased two for my children. Both my kids love keeping track of their steps and it's become a competition to see who has the most on a daily basis. This one was purchased for my father who is 72. I needed something simple enough for him to use as well as the kids but packed with features. This is an excellent Fitbit for starters and very durable. Although not "waterproof" it does stand up to the normal perspiration from strenuous exercise. The price is also good compared to others with similar features. You won't be disappointed.

i gave this fitbit to my wife. This is the 3rd one. The other two fell apart. This new one seems to be stable, but doesn't count stairs well. But, alas Best Buys guarantee is priceless.
