Overall I am happy with my purchase. The app is pretty good, nice easy interface. Wish it would sync with Apple health app like my Polar HR monitor I use at the gym. Speaking of the gym, I wouldn't use this to track your heart rate during any moderate work out, I have had horrible accuracy results. I use my Polar everytime I work out so I can compare in real time. The Fitbit just doesn't work at the gym for me. Other than that issue I'm happy lol I especially like the sleep monitoring.

The part that holds all of the electronic elements is wide for a woman with small wrists. Other than that I really like it

Seems pretty simple to use and get info off of it. The watch style band is definitely worth paying a few bucks more for.

I think it is good because it keeps tract of my grandson's activities and his heart rate, he is very active with sports and works out at a gym.

Easy to work with the Fitbit Also easy to sync with iPhone for further analysis I highly suggest this product for increased healthy living

The fit bit was very comfortable and easy to use but I fill like it's not completely accurate. Especially the HR. So maybe next time I'll just get the fit bit charge.

Helps keep you motivated to get your 10000 steps every day, unfortunately it also shows the dogs are interrupting sleep quite often (ha ha)

I love numbers and my Fitbit helps me benchmark my activity each day. This will get you more active - going on 3 years now and no problems.

i like the app mostly. The watch itself is comfortable, but is only about 80% accurate. Counts more steps than truly taken.

Loved the item, it's a wonderful way to keep track of heart rate during excercise and sleep. It's like having Your best buddy on your wrist.

I needed a new Fitbit since I lost the one I got for Mother's Day 2016 and when I saw the Charge HR on clearance I jumped on it! I love how the band is wide and very comfortable to wear. All of the functions are great; the only one I'm not sure is registering a true reading is the heart rate monitor but it probably is. Only Con: Any movement might be registered as a step. While driving from state to state I logged over a thousand steps; I guess I move alot...lol.

I had the Flex and upgraded to the Charge HR. It is so much easier to see where you are at with steps, sleep etc. Very happy with my purchase.

I loved mine so much, I bought my husband one as well. This helps us be more active and we compete against each other on our steps, daily. :)

I was really excited to buy this product at first. After i started wearing it my wrist started getting sore and after a month the watch stopped working all together.

never thought i really wanted one until i opened it.....Love it. helps me stay on track, my kids even check it when we go to amusement parks.

Great tech features. This is my third Fitbit, the cheaply made wristbands fall apart and separate from the unit. I have never had trouble with the device, just the cheap plastic bands. I upgraded from the regular Charge to the Charge HR because the heart rate monitor appealed to me. However, it too has the cheap wristband and though it has a buckle, it too is a gross discredit to the product.

The Fitbit is excellent. I track every step from the time I wake up. I have been excited to increase the steps each day.
