Some may call it a gimmick, but I see it working in my office and all over the place! I'm 'Old School', meaning as a 60 year old baby boomer, I run 2-3 5k's per week, bike, stretch, handstands at the park and then later run my dog. I never thought I would ever wear a tech device to monitor my stats, but it really helps!!! Even us old guys can still learn a thing or two!
