Sync issues and questionable accuracy

I had really terrible issues in accuracy of tracking steps in comparison to my Fitbit one. Additionally, when it would sync with the app, all of the steps that I had logged during the activity tracker would disappear. I contacted Fitbit for support with very detailed info and got a response that had nothing to do with the issue. :( I returned it.

Pretty good

The problem I have is it can be frustrating at times. I bought this for my lady and I have a lesser Fitbit model. We have each had trouble charging each device at times. Syncing can also be an issue. If those things were more consistent the product would get all stars.

Accuracy an Issue

Heart rate over a certain level is inaccurate, but technology is advancing so it's only a matter of time until it gets better. One of the fitbits stopped working and we were told by the store it was a manufacturers issue. Right now it's a novelty, a conversation starter at best.
