First watch I had I returned because the charger wire would not snap solidly into the outlet on the back of the watch. Was happy with the replacement, and then for some reason the blue tooth connection from my phone stopped notifying me of incoming calls. They exchanged it again with a second replacement. I bought two others for friends and they love them. I really do love this, minus the few hiccups it had.

Great motivation to keep me moving. I love the ability to have conmpetitions with friends

My children bought this for me for Mother's Day and I love it. It really encourages me to get up and move!

Excellent way to keep up with your steps, calories burned, number of floors climbed and active minutes.

Bought it for my mom, but she never uses it lol but I checked everything out and it's simple, easy to use.

She wanted a tracker that could handle the heart rate and this one has fit the bill for the price point.

The battery doesn't last as long as the 3 day promise, it's more like 2 days or 2.5 days.

Quality of product I'm hoping is better than my first Fitbit it didn't even last a year.

Works well - keeps me conscious of how much I move during the day and while I exercise.

I like that it counts. Accuracy is spotty. Needs changing too often. Should be wsterproof

I have had sync issues with this HR - not 100% sold on it.

Purchased this for my 11 year old daughter and it has created a daily battle to more steps between her and her sister who already had one. Overall, I think this is a quality piece. Worth the upgrade over the standard for the improved band clasp alone. The face display however is very easily scratched. Makes me think they should use a scratch resistant surface to help keep the display completely visible.

Love the sleep app on Fitbit. Like how it tracks stats over period of time to compare.

Let's go Fitbit time to run. Liked it so much I bought 3 only problem is you can see it during the day with the light so bright. The other issue was you can't check the battery unless your charging it, on the phone or it sends you an email to let yo know the Fitbit is about to die. However, it's very accurate and works well.

It works great and provides great insight! I enjoy wearing it to the gym and everywhere.
