Great supporting app, quality not so much

I'm on my 3rd Charge HR in less than 2 years. Button on first 2 fell out. Strongly advise also purchasing Best Buy's replacement plan so that you can get a free replacement when FitBit's warranty is up.

OVERALL GOOD

I took off the protective film "as suggested" and the screen was scratched in less than an hour. I have seen so many reviews on this same problem and for that reason I only gave the FitBit 4 out of 5 stars.

STAY AWAY! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

It will not sync to anything, doesn't keep the right time and the steps erase halfway through the day. Very disappointed. Don't take my word for it-go online and read the reviews. It is happening to MANY people! Please do not waste your money
