    #1 thing a device like this does is make more cognitive of the amount of exercise you are getting everyday. What better way to make people get more physically active! I take the stair instead of elevators every time just to bump up my stats. I am walking and running more and the competition aspect makes it all the more fun to push each other to get better. Love the Fitbit.

    It is comfortable, which is rare for a watch that needs to be worn all the time. Battery lasts 5 days for me and I can see who is calling without pulling out my phone. The newest firmware let's me raise my wrist to wake it, which takes a little training but works well. I don't trust the heart rate monitor, as it overstates my BPM, but I didn't buy it for that purpose.

    I like this fit bit for reasons of easy to use & comfortable to wear. Only negative thing I have to say is that I have to charge it every 2 days. Reviews say 4-5 days. Possibly mine has a glitch. Others I know that have one last 4-5 days. I may return for a different one
