I love my Fitbit. It motivated me into walking longer.

The setup and usage are very simple. Overall works well. The band is not changeable, the screen scratches extremely easy and it is water resistant, not waterproof. I will probably look closely at Garmin next time because of these limitations.

I don't like the strap like the old models that was easier to take off and on

PROS: Loved the data I could get from it. The band fit comfortably around my wrist (unlike the jawbone I had before), it was stylish enough to wear even with formal wear. Battery lasted up to 3+ days and it took pretty good beatings. I do crossfit and always wore it. My fav feature was the hear rate sensor and sleep analysis. CONS: The app ins't top notch, it does not interact well with the iOS health app. Steps are really easy to miscount. After about a year the syncing stopped and I had to call customer service twice about it. They never replaced it. I got it to work twice but after the third time I didn't want to bother any more. I don't wear it any more. The rubber band can break easily also if you're not careful. Overall, good product while it lasted, but I don't want to replace a $130 wearable every year!

This thing is so awesome! It tracks my steps and my sleep

Best Buy set it up initially on my laptop and smartphone. I had no problem setting it up on another smartphone. Was concerned about lack of instructions, but found it very intuitive as to how to use. Battery life does not last as long as represented, even though button on tracker is not pressed often.

Gave me good data and that helped me lose some weight.

Latch on band popped off within one month of purchase. Luckily, i was able to keep putting it back on.until it popped off and the latch fell into the river. Was able the catch the fitbit. Now I need to find out how to get a latch for the band

The Fitbit is a great tool to give you guidance and encouragement to exercise. The app is super easy to use. The only reason I gave it less five stars is because it's a bit of a pain that you have to take it off anytime you get in the water.

Great item, great tool for weight loss and being active.

Love this Fitbit. I have found it to be very accurate.
