Love this product! It definitely makes me want to make my 10,000 step goal. I love the challenge groups with Fitbit friends also. The only thing I seem to have issues with is the syncing takes a little while but it eventually gets done.

This was a covered replacement for previous FitBit purchased for wife. The original band barely lasted 5 months. This one has been sturdy thus far. She's happy with it. I cannot speak to the accuracy of the steps, sleep time, or HR.

I bought this for my wife to motivate her but to also help her monitor her heart rate. This works really well for the most part. The heart rate reads continually 5-10 bpm higher than actual, so make the mental adjustments accordingly...

The stair counter isn't very accurate but all other counters work well. My favorite is the fitbit app, you can input your weight goals, daily water intake and other good stuff. I like it

The battery life is poor, needs to be charged a least 4 times per week. Also has issues when it updates with the application on the iPhone.

Had to return first FitBit due to inaccuracy with mileage. Second FitBit slightly more accurate with mileage, but Heart Rate feature really varies, especially in resting position. I certainly won't purchase again unless vast improvements made.

This is the best investment for anyone who's goals are to change their activities on a daily basis. It stays charged for up to three days and it's synced to my the app on my phone to make it accessible to challenge my friends and family. Definitely worth the price

This is the 2nd Charge HR that I purchased. Mine runs fine but my husband's for some reason resets itself even before the end of the day. It happened twice. Will need to make time to call Fitbit. Hopefully I'll be able get an answer.

My wife uses this and loves it. The band did start to come apart after a while, but it was still under warranty, so she sent them an email telling them about it. They responded to her email promptly and sent her a brand new FitBit. Amazing customer service.

This is my third HR in three months. The battery life sucks. It's supposed to last five days. It lasts less than 36 hours and sometimes, less than 12. My next purchase will be an iWatch.

Even with some controversy surrounding these items I figured if the person I gave it to wasn't satisfied, he could return it. He's been wearing it for over a year now so I guess it was adequate for him (and he's pretty picky.)

For anyone interested in an activity tracker, I would recommend the Fitbit Charge HR. Like many other trackers, the Charge HR does have issues in reliability, but simply wearing the stylish tracker is enough to get people to moving.

Got it wet once and it stopped working. While the app is easy to use, there are other products out there that are waterproof. This one would have been great if you could go swimming in it.

I like my wife's newer version better. It allows you to change watch faces on it, select what you want to keep track of & manually enter the amount of drinks you intake/day. As well as see your emails and texts on it also.

Band is irritating to wear when sweating. Steps, mileage, and heart rate seem to not correspond with other data sources. Battery doesn't last long. Just not a great product overall.

I got this as a gift for Christmas and after about 1 week, it stopped syncing. I contacted Fitbit, they were willing to replace, but with a refurbished product, which I did not want. Best Buy replaced it with a brand new one, and it's been working great since!

I like the way the Fitbit charge hr looks. Very sleek band. And it's function. It syncs to my phone very easily even though the Bluetooth data transfer can take some time. It also has an alarm clock function that gently vibrates to wake you up which is nice.

Easy setup, quality build. I bought this for my girlfriend and she absolutely loves it. When she doesn't get her 10,000 step daily goal, she'll just do jumping jacks. Setup was a breeze and battery life is awesome, especially compared to popular smartwatches.

I have had a number of Fitbit products over the past few years. There are still problems with some of the tracking. I returned this because it gave erroneous tracking on floors climbed. This was a problem with the earlier version too.

i decided i wanted the standard in the market place so this is why I chose Fitbit. The best way you can track your activity is through an armband such as Fitbit. I have used Samsung apps before but decided Fitbit is the best way to go for more versatility
