We were disappointed that the strap broke after only 3 months of normal everyday wear. The company did replace the tracker with a refurbished model and I hope it holds up better.

I love the fit bit, the only thing is that the back were plug in the cord for the charger you have to be careful not to pull it out hard or the plastic piece will come off.

Not sure if it is because upgraded to fitbit Charge to Fitbit Charge HR but the charge only hold for three days instead of the week for the Fitbit Charge. Otherwise it is great.

Purchased for my wife at her request. Device does not always seem to track her steps accurately. Gets good battery life. Wife does like it overall. And, she seems obsessed with entering her daily calorie intake into the app.

This thing has been very helpful getting me out walking more. I like a lot of the info that you can get off of it like sleep monitoring. However, I don't like the fact that it doesn't always count your steps if you're carrying something with that hand.

I like the HR aspect but feel it's not very accurate. For some reason it counts "sports activity" when I haven't done any sports and cannot figure out why. Didn't care for sleep mode however it's cool. Would recommend this!

I own a smaller Fitbit and my wife wanted to keep track of her activities, but is pron to loosing small things. This has worked great, she especially like the added features that sends notifications from her I phone. RAB

This fit bit was the best choice for me. It is very durable and small enough for me that I never even notice it when I'm working out. It syncs with my Fitbit scale and phone seamlessly. I'm buying another for a family member this Christmas season.

I bought this product for my wife she fell in love with it instantlyeverything works as it was explained in the information packet and oddly enough even the Sleep analysis which I can't grasp how it knows what gives a proper rendition of sleep patterns

The Charge HR was easy to set up and begin using. It collects a large amount of information that can be used to personalize your fitness routine and improve your overall health.

I got this initially to get in on the craze with my wife. It is just a fitbit with a hr monitor. It has no GPS and I wasnt that so I can get a good split and pace as well as save my toes and challenge myself. It serves is purpose fine. Just not mine. For $50 more I can get the tomtom spark music. It loses the HR monitor (which they have the tomtom spark cardio + music got that) but it gains GPS and the ability to store music (up to 300 songs) Ave sync to blue tooth headsets. There's better out there for the price.

Unfortunately, the Fitbit Charge needs to be "recharged" quite often. I can get 5 days some weeks, but 4 days others. This would be great if we could get 7 days on a charge.

I don't feel we are getting a true summary of heart rate or sleep cycle since the fitbit is powered for 2 days or less at a time. I am very disappointed and plan to return it.

I love my fitbit. My husband and all my children have it. WE are all having a blast using it, challenging each other, getting in shape and losing weight! It is my best purchase of 2016 so far! I would and have recommend this item to ALL my friends.

I'm not sure I would buy this again. I hate to have to charge it like a phone every couple of days. At my age the it is hard for me to read the display without my glasses.
