This is my second Fitbit and I use it mostly for continuous heart rate monitoring feature which is available while I am sleeping-thanks to the long battery life. I can correlate it with the sleep tracking feature to better understand what is happening while I sleep. It is durable as well.

Got this for my husband who has anxiety. For him to be able to monitor his heart rate is helpful during a panic attack. Plus it allows him during workouts to make sure he's keeping his heart rate right where iys supposed to be to get the most out of his workout. Recommend it to anyone, even looking to very one myself.

This device does all that it says. The only thing that I dont like it the heart rate sensor. I'm not to sure how accurate it is. The reading from the machines at the gym is higher than the fitbits. I havent looked into it much so dont take my word for it. But overall it is pretty great.

I had to return this Fitbit twice because I disconnected it from my iPhone 6s. The first time I was trying to connect another Bluetooth to my cellphone so I removed it from my Bluetooth. I did not know that once you disconnect/remove it from your cellphone you cannot get it to re-connect EVER AGAIN.. UGH

Does not synchronize data well after few months of use.

I bought this for the sleep fun9,but I didn't think it was accurate

This was a gift for my dad for his birthday and for Father's day. He absolutely loves it. He has never been a big technology guy but now he swears by it. He is 76 and loves to say to me and my mom who already have fitbits, that we aren't getting our steps in. My dad averages about 12 to 15 thousands steps a day!!!!

It works awesome and it's really cool. The only thing I don't like is that the heart rate feature doesn't display sometimes if I'm doing something extremely strenuous, like sprinting. Not always, just every once in a while for some reason it'll read "--", instead of an actual heart rate. That's my only complaint.

Great product but after a month stopped reading my HR accurately.

Initially purchased a Fitbit One, loved it. However, it stopped working correctly after a little over a year. So I went to Best Buy to purchase another Fitbit and liked the features of the Charge HR. The wristband is uncomfortable and I have to charge it constantly. My next purchase will be another Fitbit One. It does not have all the features of the Charge HR, but it was more comfortable to 'wear' and it held its charge longer. I can do without the Charge HR features in favor of simplicity and convenience.

This product was great but even more I feel like I paid a fair price for the product that’s always important to me. The quality and function of the device is always one thing I look for and this works great. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the purchased and would recommend this anyone.

I love the concept, but first off if you work with your hands you will quickly realize that you can rack up miles of "steps" without ever leaving your office chair. The heart rate is not worth the extra cash, I returned it and got the zip which is much more accurate for actual steps taken.
