Have not had It long enough to be accurate about this item

Love this fitness band. Very user friendly and easy to keep track of everything from calories to your steps. The warrenty is as awesome as the bracelet as I had an issue with the part that plugs in to charge it and they sent me a brand new one. I only take it off when I shower and to charge it.

Bought this for my husband to get him moving and it worked! he is now hitting over 10,000 steps a day & some days beating me. He looks forward to the badges he earns and I like that he can check his heart rate since he has had surgery. He loves the band & it's easy to clean after a days work outside.

I was so excited when I exchanged my Plum Fitbit for a tangerine one but that didn't last long... It gets filthy and there's no way to clean it. The color might be beautiful but it won't last long. I exchanged it for the black one since I love Fitbit Charge HR regardless.

I really like this activity tracker. However it could use some improvements. They should make a size between small and large. I also think that they should add your badges to the application. The stair climber is not as accurate as I had hoped. Overall a good product.

Loved my fitbit but when it stopped working I needed to return it. Thankfully I purchased 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Product Replacement & was able to get a new one. 3 stars because it needed to be replaced.

I bought a FLEX and a CHARGE and lost them both within two months of purchasing them (as in the little snap-in clasp didn't do it's job). The only reason I bought a CHARGE HR is because the band buckles. I like the features it has, but it is bulky and unattractive.

My insurance pays me if I work out. This is the best way to do that--especially since it syncs to my work app. It's awesome and easy money. I could hear have gotten a "better" Fitbit, but they didn't suit my needs like this one. I only use fitbit and nothing else for fitness tracking.

I need another option besides charging on the computer.

Find that the wrist band does not shape nicely to wrist.

I love my fitbit, since buying it I have been way more aware of how active I am and when lacking I make sure to step it up! I also enjoy all the other stats I can keep an eye on everyday. Ei; water intake, calories burned, calorie intake! I would definitely recommend buying a fitbit to anyone!!

Fitbit is a good estimator of movement but is not completely accurate. I walk a 4 mile marked trail and the fitbit always records me as only walking 2.5 miles. Also doesn't always accurately count stairs

Tried to wear at school an it kept dropping connection

It did not stay charged for longer than 2 days, the plug to charge with always slipped out, sometimes it would read my exercises, never read my heart rate or sleeping correctly. And one day it just went haywire!

This item does attempt to be accurate, but you wear it on your wrist for number of steps, just swing your wrist and you've walked a hundred more steps..... Best thing about it is the heart rate monitor....

I love the fit bit but honestly i am experience burn scar on my wrist from this product. I just contacted fit bit and i am waiting for a resolution to the issue. I dont know if i may be allegic to something in the charging mechanism but it has burned my wrist.

Tracker works well. Sometimes the floors count is not accurate and if you are carrying something in the hand with the tracker on it it may not count the steps either. Would be great if the band can be removed to put the device in your pocket comfortably.
