Really love my fit bit charge HR. its super durable. I have no issues sleeping with it. It lasts about 3 days without charging and does exactly what its supposed to. I just wish it would tell me who texted. I dont need to know what the text says but just saying who texted would be nice.

Bought this for my daughter. I asked her what she thought of it so I could do this review and her response was "it's OK I guess". She did say that its not holding a charge, so I might be taking it back.

Great but not perfect very basic operation interface

Recently started getting back in shape after a HA, The Fitbit HR helps me keep my HR up when exercising and helps get me back up to a more physical effort when it gets below my bottom target. Holds a charge for about 5 days and integrates with MyFitNessPal and other apps. I wear it 24/7

I had to call product support after 11 months of use. It acted up then went blank and wouldn't charge. They ran me through a bunch of tests by telephone, then actually honored their warranty and sent another new one! Overall I'm happy with the product.

Of the three I purchased at Christmas, 2 at Best Buy and 1 elsewhere, one completely stopped working, and the other two are unreliable, missing or adding sleep time, for example, and failing to average nights without sleep as part of the weekly sleep average.

I'll try to be brief. The HR Monitor works well, the Pedometer is pretty good (although sometimes doing normal everyday tasks like while seated at work will count as steps). It's very comfortable on the wrist. Now the BAD - The band broke after only 3 weeks. That seems like a fairly poor construction on a product to only last three weeks. Being beyond the "return" date, I contacted Fitbit Customer service who promptly sent me a new one, as it was still within the warranty period. Their customer service was stellar and fantastic. Still does not instill confidence in the product.

I purchased this for my daughter. It is the model that she wanted. It works good but she did have a problem that it was not registering the floors she was walking. However she contacted the company and they sent her a replacement which has been working fine.

Only had it for two weeks before it started having problems and I had to return it for a replacement. Seems it freezes according to other reviews and it definitely does. Get past this and it's easy to use.

You need to switch off all the syncs to get the maximum juice out of it. Once if you have all the sync off, easily the device is up running for more than a week with out any recharging. Other wise the device is excellent and is good for the price.

Love to have the alarm reminders to keep me moving toward my goals. Including 10k steps a day, plenty of water and sleeping goals. Easy to use and very durable. I upgraded from the basic fitbit.

It's one year later and I am still using it. I wear it daily and there's some wear and tear but nothing that affect its use. It's great that it notifies me when someone calls and there's even an alarm to help me wake up in the morning. Thanks FitBit for a wonderful product!

I love my fitbit--- it lets me set goals for myself and then work towards the goals-- also lets me compete with family and friends to push harder--I do have a competitor streak! I wear it all the time, and it is sync'ed with all my devices. Would definitely replace if lost or broken!

I love how it helps me keeping track of calories burned. Fitbit is a great device to increase your results. Aligned with the app, you can log in all the activities and all the food you have during the day. It's really easy to keep track of your physical health with FitBit. I recommend.

It's ok. Don't like how it rubs the skin off wrist.

Love my FitBit! It keeps me aware of my fitness level and helps me stay on track to achieve my fitness goals! HR monitoring is accurate and a great resource. I didn't think I'd really use it but the sleep tracker and alarms have been one of the most used features for me. Great product!

The FitBit HR has been an essential piece of gear to help me with my weight loss. I use the device in conjunction with the Lose It! app and it's completely accelerated my progress. The ability to track my excersise with Heart Rate monitoring helps me keep track of my calorie deficit.

If I had to do over again I wouldn't buy it. It is wasn't very accurate. Very rarely tracked stairs. The charging port isn't snug so it difficult to charge. Also the charging cable is extremely short.
