I really like my Fitbit Charge HR. I had a Garmin before and needed to replace that one. I went with the Charge HR because of all the things it does. Only thing I don't like is it doesn't track exercise where your arms don't move, like on an exercise bike and my Bowflex Treadclimber.

I love the Fitbit. It was easy to set up but the display stopped working within just a few days. And as I was leaving after getting it replaced, someone was in line behind me with the same problem.

This is a nick design packed with a lot of features. I also have a Blaze and would say this is a better buy. I have occasional Bluetooth issues with both, so they are not perfect there. At least with the Blaze you have a little control over that.

The band is much better but it's still a bit bulky.

I have tried a jawbone, withings,misfit and a regular bluetooth watch along with my iphone and android devices. This so far has been the most efficient device i have used , it needs more compatibility with other devices but for what i need in my fitness endeavors it is perfect!!

This is a good device, but it breaks my wrist out.

Bought this for my wife on her birthday. She loves it, especially the sleep monitoring function. The app is a little disappointing. It tends to use negative reinforcement to get you to do things. This is not a great motivational tool. Seems like some authoritarian parent created it.

I didn't think I would like wearing a tracker on my wrist, but this one is so lightweight, I don't even notice it. It works great and only needs to be charged about every 4 days. Makes me work harder to get in my daily steps. And I like that I get notified when I get a call.

Enjoy the motivating factor of a wearable fitness device. This one only needs to be charged every 5 days. Even though I have a small wrist, I still had to get the large bracelet. Buy the Best Buy warranty. If anything happens in 2 years they replace it at the store for free.

Great product if all you need is health tracking. The reason I bought was solely to track health data. The only negative is the heart rate tracker is not the most accurate. If you need accurate heart tracking data, I would look to another product.

Great fitness companion! The only thing that I wish was more accurate is the step tracker. Don't get me wrong it's pretty accurate but I wouldn't wear it while brushing your teeth or doing your hair...a swipe of the arm can be mistaken for a step.

I enjoyed this fitbit for 1-1/2 years. Then it began to fall apart as the rubber separated from the mechanism of the watch. Because the band cannot be replaced the watch is now unusable.

This fitbit quit working after two weeks! I was very disappointed in the quality of an item I purchased from Best Buy. So much for my Birthday present!

All functions on the Fitbit work as advertised and it is fairly easy to figure out (poor instructions though). Biggest complaint is how easily the face of it scratches (and I am a super careful, Type A individual, who is extremely careful).

For someone not used to wearing a watch I was concerned about wearing this all the time however it is lightweight and comfortable. The fitbit app is great as well. Good way to track many aspects of fitness and challenge friends to step competitions.

This is my second Fitbit. Previous owners will find the interface familiar and easy to use. The band itself is more comfortable and the latching mechanism more secure than older generations. My previous band tore after two years of use and this band looks and feels stronger.

I bought the step tracker to see.how many steps.I do at work. I do lots of things with my Arms and it tracks that too. It would be a lot better if it was around an ankle to accurately keep track.

I've been wearing my Fitbit constantly since purchased in Dec 2015. I recently had a minor problem with it. Customer support replied immediately to my email and my issue was resolved on the spot. Based on customer support alone, I highly recommend this companies products.
