Love my Fitbit ChargeHR, it's helping me tremendously with tracking what I eat, drink, and with exercise that I get to help me lose the bit of weight I need off. Love setting new goals and meeting or beating them. Try it, you'll like it!

My girlfriend bought me this for Father's Day, it really works that's what it says takes a bit of time to learn how to put the food in and the search for what you trying to enter.

I purchased this product as a gift for my lady. She loves it. After almost a year of use, the wristband broke and the manufacturer not only agreed to replace it, they shipped an entire new fitbit for free. Excellent service.

I'm a competitive person so this keeps me going when I feel like quitting... Only thing I don't like is the little box that takes ur heart rate doesn't sit flush with the rest of the band and is aggravating :/

Does not give you real time feedback. This device only stores information on your computer, for review after your workout. Was not a good product for my needs.

I love FitBits and wore this everyday for a year. It was a replacement for my previous one that lasted a year. Qhen it worked I was super pleased with the product, just not the lifespan.

This activity tracker does what it claims to do. However It is difficult to read the screen because of its position / fit. The screen lays at the far top of the wrist, near the little finger, so you really have to bend your elbow and fully twist your wrist to see the screen. It would have been more convenient in the middle or closer to thumb side of wrist. The excess strap is extremely difficult to place into the retaining loop. Also it needs to be charged every 2 days.

The product does what it's intended for. Downside is it is bulky do gets caught on long sleeve shirts. Another negative feature is band is not replaceable.

I bought this Fitbit thinking its a fairly accurate way to track my activity and I feel that it isn't accurate enough for me. I bought another fitness tracker a few days after being with this one. Not impressed.

    Great technology, bad material

Everything about the Fitbit is great in terms of the data you can use to track walking, running, excercising, sleeping, etc. I have one, and I bought this one for my wife. The bad thing is that the band material is poorly constructed. I had to replace mine (which Fitbit was good about the first time) because the band just seperated from the main unit. It happened again, but tjey would not replace again since out of warranty. I ended up buying aftermarket replacement parts, but if only the material was better constructed, it would have gotten 5 stars.

Hot to wear Band locks on which is good but is hard to get off after exercise to shower. Would like functions on watch and not have to depend on another device

It does everything it is supposed to. Doesn't fit quite like a Watch took one day to get used to but other than that I think it performs as advertised. I would recommend. I wish it would receive texts though.

Overall, I like the product. I have become more active since purchasing it but I do not find certain aspects accurate such as the sleep monitor and stair climber. I felt it was too much for the value of it.

Easy to use, but I feel like it doesn't always count all your steps. But love being able to see time, heart rate, steps etc on the band. It also has caller ID.

    Why even walk?

Why even walk if you're not wearing yur Fitbit and getting credit for it? I love my Fitbit and I wear it everyday. It's a little uncomfortable to sleep in, so I don't measure my sleep too often, other than that I have no complaints.

Everything works as it should. My only complaint is the strap to hold the excess band down is difficult to use. After a year it actually broke off, but the fit bit itself still works.

I like the fitbit charge hr but it is very hard to set up on desktop computer. The directions to set up do not match what the fitbit program actually shows. After 3 months, still trying to sync to computer.

I purchased the HR because it was recommended and only $20 more. However after 2 days, my wrist area hurt so bad and was bruised because th HR part is elevated a bit.

You can't go wrong with Fitbit products. This one is by far the best priced, most feature rich fitbit (for now) and literally every major companies wellness programs support fitbit, so you can ear rewards or even lower premiums.
