Great item to give you progress during the day. Not sure how accurate the daily step count is, everyone's stride is different so the actual mileage to steps is probably off. Gives a sense of accomplishment.

Tried this as my last Fitbit broke after one year. Liked the idea of the heart rate monitor but couldn't stand the flashing lights so I returned the product.

Works great right out of the box . I wear mine every day even at night . It's a good monitor for over all workout . I gave 4 stars because in few occasions the heart monitor did not give an accurate reading

Although I really like this fitness tracker, I'm disappointed that I've had to replace it about 3 times in about 9 months (battery life and warping bands).

Face scratches easily. Unit is not waterproof. App and features are pretty good but I would look for waterproof and better durability on my next purchase.

I researched which fitbit would work best for my needs and was pleased that Best Buy carried the model I was interested. As a bonus it was on sale when I went in to the store to purchase. The staff people were also very helpful.

I bought this tracker for my adult daughter. I have had the same tracker for 6 months. We love our Fitbit's and doing challenges with friends is very motivating. Our only complaint is that we wish it was able to track swimming.

My wife and I both have FitBits so when our daughter asked for one we both thought it was a good idea. This along with the online apps really do help monitor your activity and help you make conscious decisions about your fitness.

The Fitbit I purchased is a Beautiful Pink. It does everything as described on the pkg. I would recommend it to anyone who needs some extra help like myself. Keeping track of what you do from day to day is an eye opener.

This is a great entry level fitness band. The heart rate tracking works very well but it sometimes gives credit for extra steps just because of arm movement.

This is my second FitBit Charge HR. It works well for keeping track of general fitness. I do wish it did a better job detecting active minutes in my gym classes. Still a good product for the money.

I like the way the activity tracker interfaced with my i-phone and summarized my exercises each day and at the end of the week. It enables one to set goals and chart results. It has served me very well!

I will always choose FitBit. The other off brands do not give the quality that FitBit can give. Even if it breaks, they will take it back and send you a new one, no questions asked. Definitely recommend to anyone in the market.

The function of the product is great. The only negative I can say is that the silicone band commonly comes detached from the face. However, I emailed fitbit and they sent a new one right away.

I love my Fitbit,it keeps my up to date with all my fitness.I like how it sync Ruth my cell phone sync lets me know when I receive a text message or call.I was also able to find it in my favorite color(pink) That was a plus..,,

Great product if what you want is a fitness tracker. My husband's tracker started to come apart at the corner, but wasn't covered by warranty. Good product, but there are also more and more options.

Pretty cool. Low battery life. Fair product for the price.

Although the concept is cool, the FitBit HR is not very accurate as it regular hand motion as steps. If I am sitting still and I just move my hand, it count them as steps, and if I am walking and pushing my daughter's stroller so my hand is not really moving, it doesn't count at all. Also, very difficult to sync with Android and I have to keep pairing and unpairing. DO not recommend at all.

It's been a good step tracker, but only one year later my wristband has air bubbles forming inside. Not a terrific thing to happen for the price.

I love my Fitbit! I recommended it to my boss and mother and they both purchased one too. Its fun to compete against coworkers and friends. I love getting the Badges and being able to see my heart rate while exercising as well.
