I have had two of these now and they have all had syncing problems. I just returned mine and upgraded to the fit bit blaze. The blaze is way better and easy syncing!! Pay the extra 50 and get the blaze!

This is honestly one of the best rackets I had. Wish the screen was bigger but still useful none the less. Pretty accurate counts even though no tracker is 100% accurate.

Bought this item and in less than 30 days it would not charge. Best Buy exchanged the item and have had no additional issues. I will do better research in the future before making any purchases.

This was for my wife. She previously had the flex. She only takes this off to charge it and she loves that she can use it as a watch as well. She has demonstrated it to many of her friends...leading to them buying it as well.

It is a very good device which has helped me a lot to improve my activity level. However, I think that steps counting and distance is different than phone apps so I do not know which is more accurate.

First one did not measure walking accurately, the second one would not hold a charge, hopefully 3rd one will work. No problem exchanging except out time!

I love my charge. I just wish it had a better battery's life. I had the flex prior and charged it once a week, but I charge my HR every couple of days.

I thought that this was a purchase that was worth the cost. While I understand that no tracker will be completely perfect, the fitbit has that functionality that I want for my overall fitness needs.

Great improvement over the previous Charge that I had. Battery life is considerably longer and gets fully charged in half the time it took for the previous one. Features are too many to list.

The fitbit is just what I wanted and works great.My friend told me about the one she had gotten for a gift.That's the one I read reviews on and liked ; plus the price was right. (win,win)!

This Fitbit just stopped working in less then 3 weeks, luckily manufacturer sent a new one without much hassle but still, not what you expect when you buy something of this price in such a short time

The battery wouldn't keep a charge and the operating system had some technical glitches. I returned this item.

Very cool being about to track heart rate and sleep patterns, but I’d much rather have purchased an upgraded Fitbit with more features.

Band is terrible. Hard to lock into place to put on & remove. Button is hard to find & press to see stats. Hard to read in sunlight. Still a good idea.

I sure like the Fitbit; however, I have been disappointed with how difficult it has been to connect it to my Samsung Note 5. Currently I don't even have it connected due to unknown issues. :(

my hr charge fitbit battery dies every 4 days. also had to contact tech support to get it set up. however tech support rep that helped me was very good

Having a lot of issues with charging. It says that it is charged and then 3 hours later it is dead. Have had it less than a month. Maybe I got a lemon.

Good starter item to keep track of all your progress plus it works with your phone so if your exercising and dont want to answer you can see the caller ID and decide if you need to answer or not.

Was excited to get started w/this HR activity tracker---then I had a very hard time trying to get it to syn w/Windows10. I was so disappointed--the Best Buy staff referred me to Willow Grove store where two associates work and wear activity trackers. Did not want to do all that travel to get activity tracker operational--fitbit website does not have a simple customer service telephone--you are expected to send e-mail after e-mail. I returned the product and then heard on the news of a pending class action lawsuit, since the HR feature is not accurate at all.

My fiancee barely ever takes this off. She has had no complaints about I so far and is even in a friendly competition to see who can get the most steps per week with her friends. She also highly recommends the warranty!
