The charge HR is awesome, I love the blu tooth caller ID sync to your phone along with the other characteristics that make all fitbits great to wear. This is my second after my first took an unexpected deep water dive.

Works just as described, but the price is too much. It's a pedometer, and keeps you motivated to exercise though the week. Fitbit app is great though. Good product, recommend...but too pricey!

To me, Fitbit is the highest quality fitness tracking out there. They don't get too fancy and stick to what they know to make a reliable device. I'd recommend this to anyone looking to track workouts or their health.

Got this for my daughter who's a flight attendant. She wanted the Charge but they stopped making it. So far it's been a very good option Great for a working girl who also likes to workout !!

The fit bit has been a big help for overall health. Occasionally it's frustrating to work with. The heart rate monitor is not completely accurate and it's hard to read in the sun.

Charge doesn't last as long as it should. Also, instructions are a little complicated. And stairs are only counted going up at least 10 feet.

I really wanted this watch to track my heart rate. It is very accurate when you are wearing it, but when you do not have it on, it will sometimes keep tracking your heart rate falsely.

I've had my fitbit around 6 months now and it works fine as for as syncing with my phone and keeping up with my goals. But the band is very brittle and is easily broken just from wear

I actually bought this item as a gift for my mother. She liked that hers had an actual watch band strap unlike the regular Charge that has a snap band. I haven't heard any complaints.

My fiancee used to have a Jawbone she began having problems with. Since it was under warranty, she brought it back to get this instead. She's a lot happier with it and enjoys it. Always get the extended warranty!

I had a FitBit a few years back but it was not the HR Charge. This one has everything you need and the band is a good size and the fit is one of its best attributes. Well worth the price! Charge lasts long too.

Great idea and motivational tool. Does not connect or sync with the computer app. Blue tooth does not connect with the app on the computer. Tech support was not able to correct the problem.
