Love my Fitbit BUT.....customer service at Best Buy SUCKED!!! Went in about 6 weeks after purchase because couldn't get it to charge and BEST BUY WAS RUDED AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!!!!

I bought this because all of my friends had one and I caved in. I use it everyday now. It isn't perfect but none of the activity trackers are. I have a hard time imagining giving my Fitbit up. Happy I bought it!

My wife enjoys it all of her friends ask her about it. She's always showing it off. And if she's happy I'm happy too. I'm thinking of getting one for my mom also. And maybe my sister too. This is great product

I do not like the issues that come with this Fitbit model. I have gotten many issues with them in the past for myself and family members. Fitbit at least provides good customer service/support most of the time but I just got fed up having to request support every few months either due to wear and tear or sync issues. I brought this Fitbit for my dad to motivate him to exercise. The USB charging cable stopped working for some random reason, had to share my cable since we have the same model. Then his Fitbit stopped syncing to his phone. An update apparently got it stuck and it just would not function properly. Tried to get support from Fitbit and nothing worked. In addition, the Fitbit itself got teared very easily form my dad doing garden work. I enjoyed my own Fitbit but just got tired of this model nothing being good quality. I will wait to see how the new model, the Charge 2, fairs and decide if I should give Fitbit another try or try another fitness tracker.

I work an office job that doesn't offer much movement, the Charge HR gives me the incentive to move and stay healthy. The app and challenges offer a good way to advance the exercise for even more benefits.

I am so glad I decided to get the Fit Bit HR. I compared the features with many others but Fit Bit HR came up on top because of the great features it offers and how easy to use. Super Happy with my Fit Bit HR

Bought for my wife and she loves it. Fitbit is hands down the best fitness tracker. The phone notifications are a bonus also, she loves getting text and call notifications when she can't have her phone at work.

I really liked my charge. I liked it so much that I upgraded it to a Blaze, and then an apple watch series 3. All of them did exactly what I needed them to do. All highly recommendable.

Heart rate monitor is not even close to accurate, consistently lost the signal while I was at the gym. The band still can't differentiate between levels of exercise even when I put the band in exercise mode. If you cycle the band is pretty much useless.

I am pleased with the accuracy of the step counter and heart rate monitor. They may not be perfect but I imagine, that at twice the price or more, it would be hard to find perfection.

I purchased two of these, one for my wife and one for my teenage daughter. They track very well, and with the feature rich smartphone app, they have joined a community of friends where they compete for steps.

I purchased this for my daughter. Since having this gadget on her wrist, she's much more conscious of her daily movement. The challenges will have her shaving off pounds in no time.

It was kind of confusing setting this device up and synchronizing it with all my devices. It would be nice to have instructions included with the product and more descriptive instructions for those on line.

This Fitbit is very accurate on keeping count of steps and heart rate. However, it lacks the accuracy of counting stairs. I love that the battery is rechargable and holds a strong charge for 3-4 days.

A good buy because the app offers many display choices. The tap screen on the watch is convenient. The watch offers call notifications also. The watch is comfortable and easy to use.

Fitbit is a great way to keep track of daily activities. I normally don't like wearing anything on my wrists but the fact that this product is designed to keep me fit and feels light on my wrist is great!

Purchased Fitbit for heart rate monitoring while at the gym. It is not displayed on watch face automatically and was distracting to have to find ot while keeping balance on treadmill.

This is exactly what I needed since I started driving and need to make my self move around more often. Without it on my wrist I do feel its presence is missing and that i may not haven't reached my goals.

It is really good activity tracker, just has minor flaw with its altimeter, but not a big deal, many other trackers in similar or less price range would have same problem.

I have been gifting these to friends and family members for over two years now. Every recipient has commented that they are very impressed in the quality of this product, and how durable they are.
