This was a purchase for my husband. He used it non-stop for two months then stopped. It is a great idea but one that could end up right next to the dust collecting treadmill.

I had one earlier,and when it gave out, I tried another brand of exercise tracker. I was very dissatisfied with this and gave it away. I then bought another Fit Bit, which has been wonderful. l love it.

This is my third Fitbit tracker as I continue to graduate to gain better use and knowledge of my activity. If I have an issue, I've discovered they have awesome customer service!

It works great! I love being able to compete with my friends! However, my strap did break on the last one. So this is my second one! It was in the one year period, so I was able to get a replacement.

Love my Fitbit. Only down fall is while you are walking your arms must be moving to calculate steps. I push machinery and it doesn't show the steps I took while pushing the items.

A really great buy, I'm glad I got it. Sometimes it's not the most reliable toy ever but 95% of the time it works well. Sometimes it'll count steps just when you're sitting there instead of movin around.

This was recommended to me by my supervisor and I must say its been everything I expected to be. It helps me keep track of my fitness and monitors my sleep habits and helps me I ways can't even imagine.

I am a driver and I was trying to track how many steps I walk during my shift, but even while I was driving it still counted because the trck was bouncing. So it didn't work out for me.

Upgrade for my wife's previous fitbit which was lost after the band opened up. Additional features and a watch like band that wont open up from daily use are a plus. Syncing with iPhone caller ID a plus.

I've previously reviewed Fitbit and have done some research on best devices. Purchased this Fitbit as a gift and I only hope it's as great as "mine". Regardless, I know Best Buy will make it right...

i used other apps and gadgets to tract my miles and other informtion during the day. I find wearing fitbit is a valubale piece of working jewlery that doesn't attract attention,

I had to exchange for a smaller size but I really like it. I love the color. I had a little trouble initially setting it up but once my daughter showed me how, it worked great.

This was a gift. It worked pretty well until the wrist band had cracks on both side. Call the manufacture and got a replacement. Other than that, it's a pretty good product.

This is my 5th Fitbit Charge HR. I'm glad I purchased the extended warranty with my initial Fitbit. This device is very sensitive to water or sweat. Fitbit does have a nice software integration platform which will sync your steps, track your sleep, daily activity, and weight using the Aria. If it wasn't for this, I would've already switched to Garmin. Once this one decides to stop working, I'll trade it in for Charge HR 2.

I have been using the fitbit for a couple of years. I just bought one for my husband and he loves it. Best Buy had the color and size he wanted. His daily accomplishments have forced me to step it up!

Wasn't sure how my wife would like the FitBit as a Christmas present but it has been almost 6 months now and she doesn't go anywhere without it ! She has a whole new " I am going to get fit " attitude!

I'm addicted to my fit tracker. However, I've had to return several times because it stopped working, etc. Wish it was more durable. Thank God I purchased the 2 year warranty!

Really like the ability to track heartbeat and steps- but this version is awesome that in addition to the phone vibrate signals for incoming calls--it ALSO let's me see my text messages from phone.

I thought this activity tracker was great-exactly what I wanted, no complicated or extraneous functions until I began to see the charge only lasted about 12 hours (and not 4-5 days as promised) When I returned it to the store I was told that this model was discontinued and they tried to upsell me the charge HR 2 model for double the price. I am disappointed in Best Buy for selling me an obviously faulty product .
