I cannot stretch good for keeping track of daily steps into 50 words, so I am forced to type this drivel. You do not endear yourself to a customer who does have other options.

I've had this Fitbit HR for over a month. I'm very happy with it. The only thing is that the battery does last as long as advertised.

Wanted a gift for a member of the family to help with getting fit and paying attention to their vitals. A great reminder product as well as something the family can use together. Can I get a whoop?!

This is good for fitness tracking but is not durable been through three already. Good thing Fitbit will replace if you call them.

I wore this almost everyday. It got busted once before the warranty expired but Fitbit was able to quickly send me an replacement. Still going good with the new one.

I love my fitbit, i especially like the 'add friends' and 'challenges' with them, keeps me motivated. I also like the option of connecting to my phone, it notifies me when i receive a phone call.

Good price and very reliable info for starters. The numbers display could`ve been a tiny bit bigger, but it may sacrifice in device size though. I am very happy with my item

I bought this because my job started a reward program for most active minutes, steps, etc. I really like the simplicity of device and application. Competition amongst friends is a motivator to move.

I bought this for my husband on his birthday. Not too sure that he would appreciate it. He loves it. He now realizes that he needs to walk more everyday and is aware of his activity. I want one, too!

This is a great device and i have only started to get into its capabilities. The calorie tracker in the app finds food items from many restaurants and stores to make tracking your intake a breeze.

I had the previous charge and it actually died on me, so i exchanged it and upgraded to the charge HR. The HR was a pain to sync up with my phone and now one of my favorite features, the caller ID doesn't work. I went through the trouble shooting process and it still doesn't work. The heart rate monitor doesn't work that great either. If you are working out and sweat, the monitor doesn't work! Doesn't make sense.

This was actually a replacement, but the original Fitbit that I had purchased lasted over a year and a half. Luckily I purchased the Geeksquad replacement previously.

It's a Fitbit. They just work. It's a little slower than my flex to sync, but it has more features. Overall I'm happy with it. No complaints other than the slower syncing.

Luckily I have friends etc that helped me set up the FIt Bit /w my phone and computer as it really doesn't have instructions and the computer site doesn't seem that helpful.

It works great, except for a small hiccup, when it lost connection with my phone. I had to uninstall the fit bit app and then reinstall it on my phone. Have not had a problem with it. I love it.

This item is a good item. however if you have issues with the item, don't count on the company (fitbit) to be much help. The customer service sucks. Do other way to put it...

Love the fit bit and is good for keeping yourself accountable. If your are a bicyclist, will not do a good job of tracking activity. Stairs also don't calculate correctly.
