This thing sucks. Went up a flight stairs in my sleep, every time I would move my arm (like petting the dog) it counted as steps, and the highlight at the end of the day I had burned "5000" calories. This Fitbit was so far off I was shocked. Called Fitbit for help they were none. Returned it. Never again will I buy anything with the Fitbit name on it.

This does so much more than just count steps. I was a big critic for a while. It has a lot of integration with other apps. It's also nice to challenge friends.

It is ok for walking. Does not count or sync every steps. I have a tracker on my phone and the numbers are way off. Pulse is not accurate.

The device functions great. At times there may be a delay on totaling steps, but re-syncing fixes that issue. Overall I like the device.

I use this when I exercise at the gym. Works great. I would probably get more benefit from it if I were a little more tech savvy.

The fitbit was exactly what I was looking for! The only thing bad was the clasp and tongue are a little weak so watch sticking your hand in tight spot lol

Battery dosent last long as the old fitbit but the buckle is better that clip that used to hold it.

We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our Fitbit charger. The battery last for several days and when you do need to charge it, it doesn't very long. Overall great purchase.

I like everything about the fitbit hr except the difficulty fastening the band and fitting the excess band length into the little hoop.

I did a lot of research about what fitness should i buy. And i was only able to find this band that had everything i needed. Very happy with the purchase.

The band started coming apart within a year but I probably will buy another one eventually.

I had to het charge hr, i had regular charge. I like the improvement to a watch band style because the charge would pop apart sometimes

My father isn't so technologically savvy, but knew that he'd try hard to figure this out since he is a runner and has to do a lot of walking for his job!

I don't like that it adds steps based on arm movements. Ex, was in the car for 2 hours the other day. Fitbit says I took about 80 steps.

This rating is strictly on best buys customer service!! I ordered this fit bit and then found the HR locally and bought it. LOVE MY HR!!! Called best buy back less than 6 hours later ,on a Sunday none the less, to cancel the order. I was told they would be unable to do that! And that once I received it I could return it to the store if I still wanted To return it. so in essence I was just dupped out of shopping! Won't be using best buy again!

This product works well. Its app is people friendly but it's display is difficult to read.

Better buy with the HR. Got it on sale and worth it. Accuracy of the reports, I question but nothing is 100 percent. Then again what is.

I have a lot of friends who have Fitbit and I finally got one for myself. Not disappointed my favorite feature is the buzz notification when my phone rings.

Like the Fitbit Charge HR a lot. Particularly liked the band as it seemed more secure than other trackers. Did not want it to come undone while exercising.

THE WHOLE SET UP PROCESS WAS DIFFICULT, POOR INSTRUCTIONS, STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND ALL THE FEATURES, AT THIS POINT TOO FRUSTRATED TO CARE.
