    The device is very inaccurate in measuring my heart rate. It shows me climbing stairs/hills when I have not. The charge indicator does not function. I don't feel that I can rely at all on the info from this device. Can I get my money back.?

    Very happy with the product and the reports it generates to monitor your activity. The caller ID function is great. I had product since July and it just completely shut off on me last week. I can't get it to take a charge or turn on. Reading the bulletins on the website seems like their customer service are pretty helpful so hopefully I can get resolved.
