    The device was great until month 6 when the device started to bubble and peel. I will rate Fitbit Customer Service as a 5 star experience since the fixed and addressed this issue quickly so I'll continue to buy their products since they stand behind them.

    I have the charge HR 2 but I got this one which is the Charge HR for my mom because it was a sweet deal but we both didn't like it. The band isn't as nice as the 2, the screen is way too small and it's not touch. I'll be getting her the HR2 instead.
