The Fitbit app is good, and the band itself is quite solid in terms of features and performance. Battery life is good, so long as you don't lose the proprietary charger. There are serious quality issues however with separation of the plastic around the display. My first band lasted quite a long time, but the replacement had the same issue within months.

I got this one because my old one (6 months) started to fall apart.

My clock only worked for about a week Now despite contacting Support and trying to resolve, it's 5 hours and 21 minutes off! Very irritating I gave up wearing a watch for this Also sleep feature only works once in awhile - when it wants to, no matter what I do. Fitbit says the engineers are aware of these problems and working on it but really??? for $150.???
