    The first one had to be replaced with in 1 day of purchase. It would not sync up with anything. It was replaced second day and the second one lasted less than 9 months with lots of sync problems along the way, because it quit charging. I just replaced it with the Charge 2 on my 2 year replacement plan and now I can't get this to sync up... not happy at all at this point with this product and when I went to replace it, it was a good thing i had all my receipts... because my account was non existent with out them ... with tracking devices today there is no reason the account info isn't in the data base and accessible without a paper receipt
