    Returned to Best Buy within 30 days and, per Geek Squad, device had failed but this was outside of Best Buy's return window. In the future I will buy this type of product from Costco or Sam's. NOT BEST BUY!!!!!

    First one didn't work. Got an exchange but my wife had a real tough time activating it. A real thin line between not being worth the trouble for the results I wouldn't buy it again but the wife likes it.
