    Disappointed with product. Very difficult to get to sync and was not able to find a phone number or online address to speak with a fit bit rep for help. Also was unable to get heart tracker to work at all.

    So far is a good gadget but not sure how accurate the Fit is. Since the news broke that the heart rate is not accurate ... so I am not sure if the whole thing is accurate or not. If accurate then is a good gadget to make you aware of your physical activity.
