Worked great for about 9 months and band broke. Best Buy wouldn’t exchange but Fitbit had excellent customer service and replaced. Looking back I shouldn’t have cut corners and should have just purchased Apple Watch.

It's just OK. I have been disappointed with some obvious inaccuracies within my experience of wearing it. The clock is off by three minutes. None of the items today come with instruction books so I don't know how to fix it.

I had this unit for a weekend. My phone accurately tracked 14 flights of stairs while the unit reported 99 flights. Second day I did 9 flights and this reported 79 flights.

Pros: - Fitbit ecosystem is very good Con - The band is not durable..it starts warping after few months which is a disappointment because it not only makes you worry about it falling off but it also looks pretty bad.

I needed something that tracked the time, my distance, and was low profile. The Fitbit does the job, but it's not as durable as I would like. Rubber above the display is starting to peel off, but it's not too big an issue.

Strap band would come apart just above digital screen face. Glad I had Best Buy’s replacement plan. Works awesome but built not to hold up for longevity.

I bought to see this to track my work out activities but realized that this is not accurate at all. One day, I forgot to wear the fitbit but I went to my fitbit app account out of curiosity...it said I have burn 800 calories!.

Initially loved it. Unfortunately it stopped syncing with my phone in less than a week. Should have read the reviews BEFORE PURCHASING. Seems to be a problem with this item.

I swear by Fitbit products but the Charge HR didn't hold up to the sweat and everyday wear. The company replaced it, but the replacement didn't last a year either.

I'm not satisfied with Fitbit HR. It's too difficult to program with computer and doesn't work as expected. Even with contacts via email at Fitbit site , still doesn't work. I wish I could return it. I gave a 2 months tryout.

It becomes addictive at times to keep checking on yourself but no matterm how many times you check, the results only come from you making right choices with what you put in your body and how much you get up and move

The time got stuck on the watch to the wrong time. I had it set to auto update the time. Had to do some minor troubleshooting to get it back to working. Works fine now just seems the software is a little buggy.

This is a great watch but as far as use it is more useless. It is completely inaccurate when counting steps and the number of stairs climbed is never accurate. I had high hopes for this and have been dissatisfied.

It's okay not the best. I like the size. Not bulky. I switched it out twice. It just goes dead and refused to charge. I'm on my 3rd one, fingers crossed!

    It does really help!

I had the Fitbit flex and was looking for something to give more accurate details. This device does exactly that. I am 41 years old and looking to change some lifestyle habits. Better eating, more exercise, less stress. Each one of those is measureable by this device. I use the Heart rate monitor not just for work outs but to see if something is stressing me out. The steps are incredibly accurate and the monitoring of higher level activity accuracy is a big help in my plans. The Caller ID is ok. It usually kicks in after I already know a call is coming unless I put my phone on silent. If you have to have your phone on silent this would be a great feature for you as well. The battery life has to be managed. If you constantly refresh your phone it will need recharged more often. However the charge from dead to full does not take long so this is a minor inconvenience at best.

It works perfectly on my wrist, but will not sync at all! I bought it to have a friendly competition with my husband, but the app says I'm inactive.
