Customers are saying

Customers admire the Charge HR's heart rate and sleep tracking capabilities, along with its ease of use and step tracking features. Many appreciate its accuracy and motivational aspects, while also noting a comfortable fit. However, some users point to areas needing improvement, such as battery life, water resistance, and band durability. Sync issues were also occasionally reported.

    Didn't Work!

The one I purchased would not hold a charge. Something you suppose to be able to wear all day, into the night, you have to charge it up again!

works ok, led is hard to read at times, easy to cheat just by moving your arm/hand you can add to your step count. However it does give you a pretty good idea about your activity level.

When I first got my Fitbit, it was great! After a few months of normal wear the band tore. We replaced it and the same issue happened again.

Pretty nice device - I just can't see the read-out as I am walking in the sunlight... I like to monitor my progress as I go. I do like the watchband-like clasp - but otherwise not for me.

For the price I would rather use that money and apply it to the purchase of some form of wearable technology. I just felt like it wasn't stylish enough to incorporate into my everyday wear.

Had so many problems. Syncing was an issue. After 5 returns I finally upgraded to the Blaze. It's amazing! Don't forget to get the warranty.

    Do Not Buy Fitbit

I will never buy a fitbit again, not only have I owned multiple ones and they have all had issues like the bands falling off or failing but there is no setting for when you bicycle. I have been bicycling even more and the fitbit people have not come up with a setting or update to take these into accounts. When it comes to fitness items like this you are better off with an Apple Watch.

Doesn't record stationary bike exercise automatically, and, as this is my primary exercise, it's a bit of a pain. HR is not super accurate, but I guess it gives a decent overview.

The buckel on the watch band broke with in 2 weeks of purchase and since the band and watch are one piece there are no replacements for it.

Online ordered 2 Fitbits, and one of the items I received was an already opened package with a missing charge cable and the sticker over the face of the item missing. Therefore, I take this to be a used or returned item and not a new item. Very disappointed since this was purchased as a Christmas gift; how embarrassing for Santa. As one of Joe Pesci's characters said, "They blank you through the drive through!" Always look over your items closely when you receive them by a shipping service as you would in the store.

I bought it for my wife because she wanted it. She like it but you never can go buy the number of steps you went because if you move your arm it counts like you are walking

Does everything and more then what's expected. My only problem is the apparent "PEALING" of the wrist band that seems to be an issue.

Had tech issues. Hoping an update will fix it. If not, guess I will have to take back to replace. Scored a 3 because my other HR Fitbit works great. No problems on that one.

I purchased the item never got the chance to try it out because the item did not work. I was very upset and did not want to exchange in fear of being disappointed again.
