Did not make it a year before the back of it fell apart. I took great care of it cleaning it and making sure I followed the Fitbit Care Recommendations. Now you cant even charge it. Emailed Fitbit Support since the warranty is one year. We will see what happens next. My sport watches that go through long work outs and sports lasted longer than this. They are still working and looking great.

Unit was decent enough. Unfortunately, when I would sit in my recliner it would cost the rocking motion as steps. Returned unit and got a Garmin HR plus.

The steps are way out of line, and stairs come up short. Not too impressed with it after a few months, but bought into it, so will keep going with it.

I got this for my husband. He had an older LG and the program did not work for his cellphone. We returned it and he is enjoying something totally different.

Good fitness tracker. Lens scratches easily and rubber picks up dirt fast. Would recommend for workouts but not the most fashionable of watches.

This was a replacement for one that didn't work. First one would not update when I returned from overseas and had an issue with the time difference. Had it replaced and when I went to register it the ID was under another name and would not hold a charge. I am on my way back to return this one. Won't get a third. I will use my cell. There are apps for this.

Well, I bought this in March 2016 as a birthday gift for my wife. It broke in October of 2017. It just stopped working no screen display, nothing. The company was great and sent me a replacement right away. Here it is June 2017 and we are experiencing the same exact problem. Spent too much on this for it to break twice in that short a time.

i received this device as a gift. The device itself works pretty well. I have noticed it will report an inaccurate amount of steps while doing chores such as vacuuming, brushing our dogs, brushing/blow drying my own hair, and any other activity where your arms mimic the same movements as a step would. Sometimes the numbers climb much faster than would even seem reasonable, such as a couple of swoops of the brush across my small dog, and I'll see a gain of 11 steps. The app in the latest ios hangs more often than I'd like when the device is syncing. It doesn't work with health features of an iphone at all. In spite of these small things, I still really enjoy the device overall. My favorite feature is the sleep tracking. It's interesting to see how little I actually sleep and how much time I spend restless/awake. I've heard the device is water resistant, but I would risk showering with it on. If you use the call alert feature, and your phone rings often, it will cut your battery life in half. I average 15,000 - 19,000 steps per day. The battery lasts me about 2.5 days. It does recharge in just an hour. I usually plug it in while showering/getting ready for bed.
