It was good when it held a charge. I had to return it and bought the latest model instead.

battery life is just 2-3 days. I don't like it. But since I bought already. I can't return it.

Bought it for my teenage daughter who is an athlete. She used it for a short while but was not 100% accurate so stopped wearing it

Works great, except the heart rate monitor did not always turn off when not being worn, thereby giving bad readings when exercising.

This was a gift to my father inlaw and the thing fell apart in less then a year.

Doesn't work. Logs incorrect distances, heart rate monitor is inaccurate, overall disappointment.

This Fitbit - Charge Hr Activity Tracker + Heart Rate (large) - Black is the worst tracker ever made it only lasted 3 months before the heart rate monitor stopped working. went through all the reset procedures from fitbit and it still don't work. you cant even turn this unit off or restart it. save your money and buy a better one.

Since the display is pink, it is hard to see the characters when outside. I wish there was a way to change the font color.

Bought this for a corporate giveaway, not sure if it works or if they will use it but several of the people I work with use one.

I loved this FitBit. I used it everyday. And then suddenly over the summer a software update was made and it hasn't worked since. I did every step of troubleshooting suggested and it still will not work. My only option now is to try getting FitBit to send a replacement but that has yet to happen. This is an issue that seems to be specific to this model so go for a different model if you want a FitBit.

This is my second HR, and it won't work! This time it won't sync! Done fooling with it!

Not a very accurate device. We had two of these for a weekend before we returned them.

Strap is difficult to use. Not waterproof. HR feature does not sync. Returned to store.

Tried this for several weeks. And it was great to track my fitness. My issues with it how accurate the steps were.

After my 3rd one in a month broke, I exchanged it for a Charge. Love this one more!

The Fitbit hr cannot be read in daylight and mileage is very inaccurate. I am waiting for a Garmin Vivoactive hr with gps.

Wrist band separates from face showing data due to poor design. The actual fitbit works great and does all I need.

I love my Fitbit. The only thing is after wearing it for awhile my wrist gets sensitive I believe to the sensor.

Works just fine. Single tap function isn't as responsive as it should be but overall I'm satisfied with the product.

Obviously this was a return as there was no cord no dock and no instructions. 159$ for nothing. Best Buy you let me down
