I tried pushing up on the arm and all the recommendations. It was off on steps. Over by about 10 %. I tested this thing very well. More of a novelty not an actual work out tool. I'm very fit and can do a lot of this stuff with out a tracker. Was mostly looking for a heart rate monitor.

Don't waste money on a fitbit

Now I have to go haggle with BB to see about fixing this thing. Seems to be a continuing issue with Fitbit based on comments on their website. Also, have encountered other folks with the same problem....they ditched the fitbit and got something else.

They need to take a few pages from apple and Samsung and make their watches water resistant/ water proof. They would sell more , I'm just a consumer what would I know, right....
