Customers are saying

Customers admire the Charge HR's heart rate and sleep tracking capabilities, along with its ease of use and step tracking features. Many appreciate its accuracy and motivational aspects, while also noting a comfortable fit. Bought this for my wife for her bday, 4 months later it doesnt work any more. Had it hooked up to the charger over night and when she woke it wont turn on or anything. Just told my coworker about it as she was about to buy one for herself and she is now going with a different brand.

18 months of gentle use and wrist band breaks and no replacement bands available. If you cannot replace wristband product needs to have a wristband sturdy enough to last as long as the tracker. Very disappointing. Garmin needs to take a page of the Fitbit service book.

    Fairly Good

It is a fairly good tracker, probably the best on the market as of now. However the app to track your fitness is not all that great and if you are thinking of using this to keep track of your heart rate during sprints, you can forget about it. It will rarely detect a rapid heart rate change if it does at all. However it does great at telling you your resting hear rate (42), keeps great track of your sleeping and steps. I also really like the vibrating alarm that you can set up. This thing is great, but not for everyone.
