There is no activity. It will not charge .Contacting customer support is my next option before returning.

Have had some problems with it. It generally works. But no 'wow' factor or compelling reasons to own.

I have found that the step tracker adds steps when I am sitting still. I love the wake up feature

Good tracker but the band got air bubbles on it within a month.

Bought this for my wife for her bday, 4 months later it doesnt work any more. Had it hooked up to the charger over night and when she woke it wont turn on or anything. Just told my coworker about it as she was about to buy one for herself and she is now going with a different brand.

It was broken after one month of purchasing it, I'm not using it

18 months of gentle use and wrist band breaks and no replacement bands available. If you cannot replace wristband product needs to have a wristband sturdy enough to last as long as the tracker. Very disappointing. Garmin needs to take a page of the Fitbit service book.

I did my best to understand and use but decided it was beyond my understanding to use so I returned it.

Charge HR is good for basic traction but misses key functionality of charge 2 & Apple series 2

Is a good device but in outside in sunny day or in bright environment, I can't read the screen

Works great but they seem to fall apart after a couple months if you wear it all the time.

the samsung out did the fitbit for my use and i preferred the samsung, I returned the fitbit..

The product worked great but the features are not worth $169.

It is a fairly good tracker, probably the best on the market as of now. However the app to track your fitness is not all that great and if you are thinking of using this to keep track of your heart rate during sprints, you can forget about it. It will rarely detect a rapid heart rate change if it does at all. However it does great at telling you your resting hear rate (42), keeps great track of your sleeping and steps. I also really like the vibrating alarm that you can set up. This thing is great, but not for everyone.

This product works well with iPhone connection. Had to replace it with a Charge2

Great device until it stopped displaying after 60 days.

It lacks many features that its counterparts have. But its good for beginners.

This activity tracker worked well, but the face began to separate after about a year.
