I upgraded to a Blaze and I've had better luck but I couldn't recommend this product with all the issues I've had.

Had to use the warranty twice to replace her HR, first 2 just fell apart and the last one just wouldn't work, even after having Geek Squad members try to make it work. Don't waste your money on this, buy the newer version.

2nd Fitbit HR to have terminal failure

Manufacturer wants to spend 3 calls and hours of wasted time it's dead. Replaced it with this purchase. 2 weeks later - same terminal error. QA sucks.

It is now August and it will no longer charge. Best Buy won't do anything because it is past the 6 month mark. The return policy should at MINIMUM be for the full 1 year that Fitbit allows.
